Diesel Reach Stackers
SANY's diesel range of Reach Stackers is extensive, ranging from 10T Empty Handlers to 50T monsters. Our most popular diesel powered machine is a robust performer, the venerable SRSC45V. All main components are from suppliers with well known industry leading standards, such as Kessler Front Axles, Spicer Transmissions, and either Cummins or Volvo powered.
SRSC45V
The SANY SRSC45V is a high-capacity diesel Reach Stacker designed for heavy-duty port and container terminal applications. With a maximum lifting capacity of 45 tonnes and a reach height of up to 15.1 metres, it is optimised for handling loaded containers with efficiency and stability. Built with a 6000 mm wheelbase, the SRSC45V achieves a strong balance of lifting power and manoeuvrability. Powered by a VOLVO TAD1151 or a Cummins X12 engine, the SRSC45V offers 265 kW of power and a maximum torque of 1780 Nm, ensuring responsive performance under intensive operating conditions. This model includes a two-year or 4000-hour warranty, supporting operators with confidence in durability and longevity, while complying with emission standards to meet environmental regulations. SRSC45H9
The SRSC45H9 is also a very popular machine, with similar specs to the V models, this H9 model is fitted with an additional set of hydraulic rams which capture the lowering pressure of the laden boom and recycles that pressure with accumulators to supply power for the next left. This energy-saving feature translates into reduced fuel consumption with some customers reporting 20% fuel savings.
SRSC4540-70
SANY’s SRSC4540-70 is the longer wheelbase model designed for rail terminals where there is a requirement to reach across to a 2nd rail line. With optional stabilisers and sliding counterweight, this model a valuable equipment solution for rail terminals.
