ML4218RC
ML4218RC with its vertically movable cabin, allows the driver to position himself in the right place, to see either the forks or surrounding areas which enhances occupational safety at the workplace and allows a comfortable operating experience.
Productive and unique
ML4218RC is capable of lifting 42 tons with 1.8m load centre, it can reach up to 3,25 meters and taking the lifting height as high as 7,8 meters.
With high lifting and reaching capability, Meclift™ ML4218RC excels on loading/unloading heavy materials into/from containers. It can lift 33t to the middle of a standard container, making logistical manoeuvres significantly easier and safer. By using the Bogey Rollers attachment, you can move loads even heavier than 32 tons to the middle of a standard 20ft container.

Agile and versatile
Meclift™ ML4218RC with the Lifting Beams attachment is a unique combination for long and heavy object handling. By using this attachment, it’s possible to place rods, pipes and tubes into the middle of a 40ft container.
ML4218RC with fork-mounted top lift spreader, can put 20 – 40ft laden containers on a trailer or a flat wagon.

Bogey Rollers
Meclift™ bogey rollers are an attachment to the Meclift™ variable reach truck that is designed to increase the trucks’ ability to reach out heavy loads into the containers and trailers.
Bogey rollers are placed under the lifting carriage of reach truck. Bolt assembled Bogey rollers are quick and easy to connect. It can be installed afterward.
This attachment is available for ML1812R, ML4212RC and ML4218RC.
Paper Clamps
The strength of a Paper Clamps attachment and the excellent reaching ability of Meclift™ Variable Reach Trucks provide an efficient and safe solution for paper rolls handling tasks.
Utilising the paper clamps, any Meclift™ Variable Reach Truck can handle paper rolls within its lifting capacity.
Loading Box
Meclift™ Loading Box enables handling bundles of aluminum extrusion billets effortlessly and safely. It is designed and also guaranteed to do this without causing any scratches or bending of the goods. The Meclift ML4212RC Variable Reach Truck equipped with the Loading Box is the only solution in the world that can load 7 m bundles of aluminum extrusion billets 11,300 kg of weight in the middle of a 40-ft container.

Air Cargo Pallet Forks
The Meclift™ Air Cargo Pallet Forks (ACPF) are designed for cargo handling at airports, where keeping up with timetables is essential. It enables to load and unload air cargo efficiently and smoothly without the hassle and unnecessary, time-consuming work phases.
ACPF is a seamless extension to a roller conveyor in loading and unloading. Its agility and speed in cargo handling are based on the ability to lift pallets off the ground and to lay them directly on the roll conveyor by rolling. Receiving pallets from the conveyor is just as swift and effortless.
In addition to increased savings in time, the elimination of unnecessary work phases improves safety at work. Worldwide patents protect ACPF.
Lifting Beams
Meclift™ Lifting Beams attached to a Meclift™ Variable Reach Truck enables effective material handling. The beams are specially designed for handling extra-long objects, such as steel tubes or steel beams. It also handles several sacks effortlessly.
Together with the reaching ability of the Meclift™ Variable Reach Trucks, the 5,7 meter beams considerably facilitate container loading. The number of trolleys can be chosen by the customer.
The Meclift™ Lifting Beams can be attached to any Meclift™ variable reach truck. The lifting capacity varies in line with the truck model.
Double Fork System
Meclift™ Variable Reach Trucks equipped with Double Forks System considerably improve the efficiency in cargo handling.
As an easily mountable specialised attachment, it provides a multitude of benefits when loading and unloading containers and trailers. You can handle, for example, a total of four euro pallets or a similar load on one lift. Using the double forks saves time in container and trailer loading. For example, a 20 ft container can be fully loaded with only two lifts.
The weight of the load is not an issue, as the double forks can handle the same maximum load as the machine. The first side shift features of the machine can still be fully utilised, so positioning cargo inside a container is safe and comfortable. Also, switching between standard and double forks is quick, because the dual forks use the same fixing points as the standard forks.
Coil Rams
The Meclift™ Variable Reach Truck with a Coil Ram attachment is a superior combination when handling steel coils. Utilizing a Coil Ram any Meclift™ Variable Reach Truck can handle coils within its lifting capacity. ML1812R, for example, can handle coils up to 18,000 kg. Thanks to its compact size, loading a container from the back end by driving the load inside the container is effortless. By exploitation of the 2,500 mm reach it is also possible to load the container from the outside.
The positioning of cargo is facilitated by a side shift feature. For handling heavier loads, Meclift™ also offers ML4212RC and ML4218RC with Coil Ram attachment. The unique structure and functionality of the boom and the lift carriage enable this type of machine to reach loads inside a container.
